確定除皮裝置的準確度，應在承載器上加放某一重量的載荷，然后啟動除皮裝置運行，把示值調整為零，再按閃變點方法計算除皮操作后的“零點”誤差；若除皮裝置的準確度測試后直接進行除皮稱重測試，該“零點”誤差即為修正誤差中的Eo（Ec=E-Eo）。
